Environment protection & conservation is the mandate of Joygopalpur Gram Vikash Kendra. Since its inception JGVK strives to protect environment from all hazards. Conservation & protection of bio diversity in all forms like plants, living creatures, air, water and soil are the components in which activities are organized. Activities are centered on awareness generation for villagers, school children, Panchayets representatives and advocacy with Block level administration, research institutions for taking appropriate measures to reduce the hazards and prevent degradation of environment.
